PAYMENT POLICY
Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted here.
A 4% surcharge applies when settling with Amex
Non-Refundable bookings the payment will be applied once booking confrimed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled arrival or a 'no-show' will result in the first night accommodation being charged.
CHILD POLICY
Children under the age of 2 years old or less are free of charge when using existing bedding.Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged for at the extra person rate.
Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request for an extra charge.
OTHER
No smoking or vaping inside units. If guests are found to have been smoking in units a Instant $200.00 fine will be charged.
Damage to room will be charged.
No Pets.
If fire alarm is activated this will be charged to guest.
All guests please note we will not tolerate any excessive noise,parties during your stay. Visitors are reqiured to leave the Motel 9.30pm. Car parking is not available for visitors.
